INSPEM - Using artificial intelligence technology to recognize faces


INSPEM - INSPEM service was introduced in 2015; it allows users to find other people they randomly put in the subway, in parks or elsewhere. We assume that such services will be used primarily by the male audience. However, as statistics show, women account for 40% of all ads. Women simply take pictures of people who like them on the road from a distance, upload photos to our service and wait for some friends to recognize this man and share their profile with the social network.

This is the very first version of the product a few years ago. At the moment, the basics of our service want to be a kind of analogue of the television show "Wait for me", but as an online service.
For help: "Wait for me" is a Russian TV show that will help you find more than 200,000 people, as it was the first broadcast in 1999 to find new people from all corners of the Earth received every 10 minutes. More than 3 million missing people are in the database of events. Only two countries where "Wait for me" are not looking for people, and they are Antigua and Barbuda and Cape Verde.


By 2016, we decided to change the course. Our desire to reach the multibillion market and become a more technologically advanced company that uses artificial intelligence and is able to apply analytical video based on the training of neural networks for face recognition - it has formed a new vision of the INSPEM platform.
Large data work and advanced video analysis allow us not only to fulfill individual personal queries for daily tasks, but also to use our resources to perform more noble and important tasks. These tasks include the provision of city security, direct involvement in criminal investigations, the preservation of the lives of people on the streets, the establishment of a more effective way to search for missing persons. On a global scale, processing large streams of video requires enormous opportunities and resources. Our platforms are compatible with "smart" cameras that already have a great deal of video processing and provide a finished face image, which greatly reduces network download. However, not everyone has such a camera. That is why we will use mineral resources as the most effective and rational video analysis tools based on neural networks.

The owners of the camera decide for themselves whether they should share it for the benefit or not. Such specific examples will be explained later in the text.


Problem solving.

The whole point of the project is to find a person, while not revealing his personal data, and this is still important for most people. Each user will be able to connect absolutely any device that can record video. The connection will occur through DynDNS or P2P services, because of its simplicity for any user.
Next we need to go to the INSPEM website or application and register your camera in the system. And do not be afraid of this registration INSPEM will not record from your cameras for yourself, for the reason that it firstly contradicts their main mission, and secondly it is really very costly to store such a huge amount of data and in fact there is no no need.

• Decision for state structures. Inspem doors will be open to public services that search for people, but they do not have enough resources for more effective searches. Or for the following reasons: "blind" zones, lack of a camera in the potential area of ​​loss, poor detail and so on.
• A solution for saving people. The services of this service can be used by both ordinary citizens and rescue services to save a life for a passerby who suddenly became ill.
• Solution for users. This service will help you find a person, even if you do not know his name and surname, but you know in what place and time he was. This service is also very helpful for people who are looking for, for example, witnesses of car accidents or eyewitnesses of theft, and at the same time he is ready to pay for the video on which the incident is captured.
